Baffin Bay WSC is now accepting applications for one position on the Board of Directors. In order to serve on the Board of Directors, under Texas Water Code Section 67.0051, a person must be at least 18 years old, a member of the Corporation, has not been determinied to be partially or totally mentally incapacitated, and has not been finally convicted of a felony or if convicted, was pardoned or otherwise released from the resulting disabilities.
Applications may be picked up at the Baffin Bay WSC office located at 870 E FM 772, Riviera, Tx. or printed from "Related Documents" below. Applications are due on January 5, 2026 by close of business for the applicant's name to be placed on the ballot.
